Herzens dazu entschieden, die FITvigo App <b>zum <\/b><b>6<\/b><strong>. Dezember 2024,<\/strong> abzuschalten. Diese Entscheidung ist uns alles andere als leichtgefallen, denn FITvigo war ein echtes Herzensprojekt! Doch unser Fokus hat sich in den letzten Jahren in andere Bereiche verschoben, sodass wir die App leider nicht mehr weiterentwickeln k\u00f6nnen und uns aus dem Connected Health Bereich zur\u00fcckziehen.<\/p><p><strong>Was bedeutet das f\u00fcr Euch?<\/strong><\/p><ul><li><strong>Ab dem 6.12.2024<\/strong> wird FITvigo aus dem Google Play Store und dem Apple App Store entfernt. Wenn Du die App zuvor auf Deinem Smartphone installiert hast, kannst Du diese aber weiterhin lokal nutzen.<\/li><li>Solltest Du die App nach diesem Datum l\u00f6schen oder Dein Smartphone verlieren, ist eine Neuinstallation nicht mehr m\u00f6glich.<\/li><li>Falls Du Dich f\u00fcr ein FITvigo-Konto registriert hast, kannst Du Deine gespeicherten Daten noch bis zum <strong>31.12.2025<\/strong> \u00fcber die App herunterladen. Nutze hierf\u00fcr die Export-Funktion in der App, um Deine K\u00f6rperwerte der einzelnen Bereiche als CSV-Datei herunterzuladen.<\/li><li><strong>Zum 05.01.2026<\/strong> werden unsere Server dauerhaft abgeschaltet und gel\u00f6scht und Deine gespeicherten Daten k\u00f6nnen nicht wiederhergestellt werden. Dabei werden auch alle personenbezogenen Daten unwiederbringlich gel\u00f6scht.<\/li><li>Es gibt <strong>keine Nachfolger- oder Alternativ-App<\/strong>, das App-Projekt wird komplett eingestellt.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Was passiert mit den physischen Ger\u00e4ten?<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Grunds\u00e4tzlich k\u00f6nnen unsere FITvigo-Ger\u00e4te (Personen- &amp; K\u00f6rperanalysewaagen und Blutdruckmessger\u00e4te \/ Aktivit\u00e4tstracker nur eingeschr\u00e4nkt) auch ohne die FITvigo App weiterhin verwendet werden.<ul><li>Sofern die FITvigo App noch lokal auf dem Smartphone installiert ist, k\u00f6nnen die ermittelten Daten auch weiterhin in der App gespeichert werden, sofern eine Kompatibilit\u00e4t zwischen Smartphone und Ger\u00e4t gegeben ist.<\/li><li>Ohne FITvigo App ist ein Hochladen und Speichern der gesammelten K\u00f6rperdaten in die App nicht mehr m\u00f6glich. Die gemessenen Werte stehen dann nur noch auf den Ger\u00e4ten selbst zur Verf\u00fcgung, wie bei anderen Ger\u00e4ten ohne App-Anbindung. Bei unseren Analysewaagen k\u00f6nnen die f\u00fcr die Analyse erforderlichen Daten direkt an der Waage eingegeben werden.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Selbstverst\u00e4ndlich bleibt die gesetzliche Gew\u00e4hrleistungsfrist von zwei Jahren f\u00fcr unsere physischen Produkte unber\u00fchrt!<br \/><strong style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">\u00a0<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Wie sieht es mit App-Support aus?<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Bis zum 06.12.2024 ist unser Service-Team auch weiterhin f\u00fcr Dich da und wird versuchen, Dein Problem bestm\u00f6glich zu l\u00f6sen. Da die FITvigo-App aber nicht mehr weiterentwickelt wird, k\u00f6nnen wir keinen vollumf\u00e4nglichen Entwickler-Support mehr anbieten, so dass wir z.B. Kompatibilit\u00e4ts- oder Synchronisierungsprobleme nicht mehr beheben k\u00f6nnen.<\/li><li>Ab dem 07.12.2024 stellen wir dann auch grunds\u00e4tzlich den Support f\u00fcr die FITvigo App ein.<\/li><li>Bei Fragen oder Problemen und nat\u00fcrlich Garantief\u00e4llen rund um die physischen Ger\u00e4te sind wir aber weiterhin f\u00fcr Dich da! This decision was not easy, as FITvigo has been a true passion project for us! However, over time, our focus has shifted to other areas, and we can no longer continue the app\u2019s development.
