As part of our inside sales team, you are the central interface for our customers – from order to delivery.

Your tasks

Complete order process – from order entry and clarifying customer questions to monitoring delivery dates, dispatch and invoicing
Supporting large-scale projects and international customers
Processing returns and complaints
Preparing quotations in close coordination with the sales team
Maintaining customer information in the ERP system (SOG) and checking stock levels

Students

During your studies, you can prepare for your professional future at GRENDS as a working student or intern and build up your personal network. You will take on interesting tasks, work with skilled colleagues and benefit from their experience.

WORKING STUDENTS

Whether in sales, marketing or product management – in almost every department we rely on the support of motivated students. You can shape your involvement individually: work with us full-time for a few weeks, or alongside your studies over several years. Up to 20 hours per week during the semester or 40 hours per week during semester breaks – we arrange your working hours with you individually and flexibly.

STUDENT INTERNSHIPS

We offer basic internships and practical semesters in a wide range of areas, e.g. electrical engineering, finance and controlling, project management or application development. For other degree programmes or specialisations, just get in touch.

FINAL THESES

Following an internship at GRENDS, we offer students the opportunity to write their bachelor’s or master’s thesis in our company. We are happy to assess suggested topics, but we prefer to work with students on theses that we develop together in the company and implement in a mix of academia and business.
